This function allows you to maintain Promoter ID so that you can easily calculate commission of your salesperson base on their sales.
To access promoter, click on the Master Data icon > Promoter.
Creating a new Promoter
To create a new promoter, click on the “+New” button.
Fields
Promoter: To set your promoter ID.
Name: To set your promoter name.
Promoter Commission: To set promoter commission plan.
Outlet: To set promoter default outlet.
Phone: To set promoter phone number.
Note: Key in any additional notes or remarks of this promoter.
Click “Save” to commit the changes once you had done keying in or editing the required information.
**Make sure to synchronize after committed the changes.
Creating a new Promoter Commission
To create a new promoter commission, click on Promoter Commission.
Then click on the “+New” button.
Fields
Promoter Commission: To set your promoter commission ID.
Rate(%): Universal commission rate. Item that are not maintained at product commission or product category commission will be following this rate.
Product Commission
Plus icon: To add a new individual product code and set their rate.
Magnifier Icon: To search and add by multiple product code and set their rate.
Set Commission Rate: To set or update the rate by batch.
Product Category Commission
Plus icon: To add a new individual product category and set their rate.
Add commissions: To add by multiple product category and set their rate.
Set Commission Rate: To set or update the rate by batch.
Click “Save” to commit the changes once you had done keying in or editing the required information.
**Make sure to synchronize after committed the changes.
Frontend
Login frontend.
Then click on promoter button or press Ctrl + P key.
Then click on Search button and choose your promoter.
