We hope the updates in V1.2.2 and V1.2.3 help you work more seamlessly and effectively.
1. Added new function – Custom Payment
You are now able to create your own custom payment through backend. You can manage multiple custom payments depending on what payment method you want to choose.
To create a new custom payment, you must go to OneSales Backend and create.
To apply the payment gateway to your terminal, you need to go to your terminal maintenance.
2. Support new payment gateway – RHB
We are now supporting new payment gateway – RHB! RHB now is integrated with OneSales PalmPOS for the Static QR received payment function and support dynamic QR. For end user, you may apply the RHB virtual account through your sales representative to use this function.
3. Change of POS Posting from Cash Book Entry to Journal Entry
After this release, POS posting will no longer be posted to Cash Book. Instead, it will now be posted to Journal Entry. This change has been implemented to ensure more accurate accounting treatment and flexibility. We believe this enhancement will provide better accuracy, transparency, and control over POS-related financial records.
4. Change of new User Interface
We have updated a new user interface in this version. This update is to ensure users get better experience for our application and support new coming new features. We have move the search button to below and added a new button “Customer”
5. Added new function – Customer Selection
PalmPOS now can select Customer when billing. You can also create your customers through the app also!
6. Added Customer Detail show in receipt
When you have selected customer when you open the transaction, the customer details will also printed in your receipt also now!
7. Enhanced add BRN can direct capture from Company Profile
Previously BRN only can be show in receipt header when you have tax entity in your company profile. Now we have enhanced it to when you key in in your company profile, it will auto capture and show in your receipt header.
8. Change of Receipt Header address capture from Outlet Address
Due to some circumstances, we have changed the address of receipt header capture from Company Profile to Outlet Address. This update can allow that terminal which need different address for different terminals to work.
9. Support receipt size 72mm and 80mm
We are now supporting printer paper size for 72mm and 80mm. You can go to Setting > Printing Setting to change to Paper Size that you want to print.
